Special Advent and Christmas Season Worship Schedule |

 For six weeks staring November 29, Prince of Peace will have a special worship schedule, featuring a hymn sing, where you can request your favorite Advent and Christmas songs.
The schedule is: 9:00am-9:15am Hymn Sing in Sanctuary
9:15-10:15 – Worship Service
9:30-10:30 – Sunday School (No Sunday School Nov. 29, December 27 or January 3)
10:15-11:00am – Fellowship Extravaganza in Gangsei |

Cathedral Health Services at Prince of Peace November 6 |

 Cathedral Health Services (CHS), a nonprofit whose mission is to save lives through education, detection, and prevention of life threatening diseases, has been at Prince of Peace in the past and is returning Friday, November 6. This year, CHS is teaming up with the Prince of Peace Youth Ministry to raise money for the Youth Ministry Program and help prevent heart disease deaths.
Too often a heart attack is the first symptom of heart disease. Six tests will be offered: heart screening, atrial fibrillation screening, stroke screening, abdominal aortic aneurysm, peripheral arterial disease, and thyroid screening. Each screening costs $45 except the heart screening which is $100. All six tests are available for $175. The screenings are not covered by Medicare and coverage by private insurance plans varies.
Cathedral Health Services will be on the Prince of Peace campus from 8 a.m. through 3 p.m. The complete screening of six tests can be completed in an hour. Results from all tests are available immediately. CHS provides a consultation to review the results and help identify personal health risks. Everyone over 40 is encouraged to take advantage of these preventive screenings. Appointments are required. To reserve a time, call 602/254-7130 or 1-800-770-0240.
