Monday, July 26 – Connie Rose-Kamprath

Lord, thank you for Connie and the work she does with children, youth and families.  Give her patience as she plans and courage as she leads.  Bless her with knowledge that the seeds of faith she plants now will change lives long into the future.

Tuesday, July 27 – Pastor Lou Accola

Lord, thank you for Lou and the work he does with the sick and homebound.  Thank you for his wisdom and sense of adventure.   Fill him with comfort so that he can comfort others.  Bless him with the joy that comes from a lifetime of service.

Wednesday, July 28 – Herman Vergara

Lord, thank you for Herman and his work in keeping our facility in tip top shape.  Thank you for his willingness to serve you by doing the many small and sometimes dirty jobs that need to be done.  Bless him with a sense of accomplishment and great purpose.

Thursday, July 29 – Lisa Fry

Lord, thank you for Lisa and her work in the church office.  Thank you for her spirit of joy and for her ability to bring order out of chaos.  Bless her ministry both at POP and in all other settings.  Infuse her with the grace she so willingly gives.

Friday, July 30 -  Allen Quie

Lord, thank you for Allen and his tremendous ability to bring us closer to you through music.  Thank you for his warmth and humor.  Bless him with your peace so he can continue to share his gifts with our community for years to come. 

Saturday, July 31 – Lynne McGinley

Lord, thank you for Lynne and her gifted work with our choirs.  Thank you for her commitment to POP and her willingness to do whatever needs to be done to bring life to our worship.  Bless her with a continuous sense of accomplishment and the strength to be an ironwoman!

Sunday, August 1 – Thank You for Servants

Lord, thank you for raising up servants in every generation.  Thank you for those who serve you through POP in so numerous and varied ways.  Lord, encourage me to give more of myself – my energy, time and creativity to your mission in our community.  Help me to worship with a spirit of thanksgiving that you have chosen me to be part of something larger than myself.  I love you, Lord.
